Pacific Gold Corp. Previously Announced Debt Conversion is Complete
TORONTO, October 11, 2010 - Pacific Gold Corp. (Pink Sheets: PCFG) announced today that the previously announced agreement to retire a $220,000 debenture is now complete.
The Fund has completed tranches, one that was due by September 30, 2010 and the one that was due no later than March 2011. There are no more conversion or monies owed to the fund. The Company can now position itself well for other financing possibilities.
