Pacific Gold Corp. Presenting at the 2004 Money Show in Las Vegas

TORONTO, Apr 27, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Pacific Gold Corp., (OTCBB: PCFG - News) announced today that the company will be participating as an exhibitor and presenter at the 2004 Money Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, May 11th through May 13th.

The Money Show is in its 16th year and attracts accredited investors from all parts of the United States, Canada, and Europe looking for new ways to invest their equity. Attendance is expected to be up to 10,000 participants. The Show exhibit hall will have over 200 companies and this year has a special focus section on Gold Companies. Pacific Gold will be located at booth number 716. Guest speakers at the show include Louis Rukeyser, Frank Cappiello and Liz Ann Sonders.

In Addition to the exhibit hall, Pacific Gold will be holding a workshop on Tuesday May 11 at 4:15 p.m., in the Champagne Room No. 2 at Paris Casino. The workshop will be a presentation entitled 'Why I invested $1,000,000 in Pacific Gold Corp', and will be hosted by a shareholder of the Company. Following the presentation will be a brief question and answer period.
