Pacific Gold Corp. Hires Chemrox Technologies

TORONTO, Nov 19, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ -- Pacific Gold Corp, (OTCBB: PCFG), announced today that its subsidiary Nevada Rae Gold, Inc. has hired Chemrox Technologies to conduct a permit and environmental review of its Crescent Valley Project.

Chemrox will be conducting a site visit and then preparing an information report for Nevada Rae. The Company anticipates to utilize information from the review to begin preparations for its mining plan and filing a plan of operations with the state of Nevada and the Bureau of Land Management.

Mr. Geisler, President, Pacific Gold, stated 'Our plan is to work closely with Chemrox to develop a solid operating plan and assist with putting our claims and leases into production as soon as possible. We hope to file our permit applications before the end of the year and begin work in Nevada by the first and second quarters of 2004.'
